Ryan, fondly known as "Ryan Keith," is the inspiration and heartbeat of Ryan's Cafe. As an elder in the autistic community, he represents our vibrant mission: to build a warm, inclusive space where individuals with developmental disabilities and youth who have aged out of the foster care system can find meaningful, empowering employment. At Ryan's Cafe, we strive to create a supportive community where everyone—from employees to patrons—can connect, flourish, and feel a true sense of belonging. Here, we believe that every individual adds a unique flavor to our cafe and a story worth celebrating.
